CS-APC-22M Errors

Error / Issue	Description	Probable Cause
LOOSE_TRAY	Loose Sample Tray or Zaber Error “1 get pos”->”@01 0 OK IDLE FS -570811”	The four (4) screws that hold the metal disc to the glass likely are loose, and the sample tray is no longer centered.
HI_NOISE	High sensor noise level	Failing sensor diode
ZERO_CNT	Very low or zero 4µm counts	Insufficiently clean instrument solvent/diluent
COM_PORT	Instrument software error "Cannot perform operation on a closed port".	instrument cannot communicate with the Baumer level sensor and/or the Gilson Liquid Handler (XYZ table).
